I am buying a new home in the Conservatory Group community of Jasper Village in Milton. I have heard some mixed reviews about the Conservatory Group, but so far so good. This is my first home, so I have no basis for comparison to other builders.
I am only sharing my own experience in buying this home. I am not condemning or endorsing any builder, I just want to share my story so others may get a sense of the process. Most of the posts I have seen are usually just negative complaints, or people saying their builder is the best. I’m hoping to give the whole picture, I am sure there will be ups and downs of the process.
Please comment and share your experiences. Let me know if mine are typical or unique.
My New Jasper Village Home 
I am reading a lot of horrible things about the builder (Conservatory Group) and I am getting a little worried about this new home. It is my first home and of course I want it to be perfect. I absolutely fell in love with the model home and am hoping that we aren’t going to be sorely disappointed in it. However, based on what other people are saying about the builder, I am thinking that my hopes may be too high.
Thoughts?

I am in process of buying house (Thomson model)from conservatory group in Milton, prices have gone up from 540K to 570+K. My closing date is September, hopefully no delays.
I can see the house from Yates.
